Autoit Possibilties request

Hello,

I used Autoit quite a few times and I am wondering if there is a way to achieve this:

- I want to automate some actions on a specific Windows app, mainly using mouse automation;

- while a script is running, I can not use the computer anymore, unless I launch the script and the application on a Virtual Machine, (mainly due to mouse automated moves);

I was wondering if there was a way to contain Autoit automation to the specific app, without altering the usabilty on Windows (like a VM behaviour without the VM).
