open multiple IE windows with independent proxy

ok so im new to programming in general so its been a busy week but i got a very rough  alpha build going. My question is... I know i can open multiple IE windows with _IEcreate but is there a way to open them so that they are each configured with an independent web proxy for each window?

does autoit work with mozilla? because Mozilla has independent proxy configuration per window.

For IE, I think you can change the proxy configuration in the registry just before you open the windows with _IECreate.
If i remember well, it should work
