maniootek Posted April 2, 2016 Author Posted April 2, 2016 yes i did search as I always do, but did not find anything I didn't know about _ArrayExtract(), thank you very much !
maniootek Posted April 2, 2016 Author Posted April 2, 2016 when I want to extract first element (index:0) from the source array it extract everything, am I doing something wrong? #include <Array.au3> Local $aArray[0][4] For $i = 0 To 10 _ArrayAdd($aArray, Random(0, 10, 1) & "|" & Random(0, 10, 1) & "|" & Random(0, 10, 1) & "|" & Random(0, 10, 1)) Next _ArrayDisplay($aArray) Local $aExtract = _ArrayExtract($aArray, 0, 0) _ArrayDisplay($aExtract)
AutoBert Posted April 2, 2016 Posted April 2, 2016 All work's fine for me, Row 0 with all Col are extracted to new array.
maniootek Posted April 2, 2016 Author Posted April 2, 2016 This is very weird. In one PC with Win7 it shows me $aExtract as a copy of $aArray when another PC with Win8 shows me proper result as a one single row.
iamtheky Posted April 2, 2016 Posted April 2, 2016 (edited) and you are sure its not an autoit version issue (with an older version on the win7 box), such that you would be experiencing something akin to: Edited April 2, 2016 by iamtheky ,-. .--. ________ .-. .-. ,---. ,-. .-. .-. .-. |(| / /\ \ |\ /| |__ __||| | | || .-' | |/ / \ \_/ )/ (_) / /__\ \ |(\ / | )| | | `-' | | `-. | | / __ \ (_) | | | __ | (_)\/ | (_) | | .-. | | .-' | | \ |__| ) ( | | | | |)| | \ / | | | | | |)| | `--. | |) \ | | `-' |_| (_) | |\/| | `-' /( (_)/( __.' |((_)-' /(_| '-' '-' (__) (__) (_) (__)
maniootek Posted April 2, 2016 Author Posted April 2, 2016 updating autoit fixed this problem, thank you!
