differentiate between identical usb drives (brand)

what information can i get of two or more identical usb thumb\external drives when they are not necessarily coexisting as connected in windows
 so i can always identify upon that information (not any of what windows creates) which is which when they are connected back at later times
will they have some uniqueID parameter always different ..
 I'm pulling the information using  this
 I don't have a set of drives to test  this out , maybe some one knows or can test this
