How to handle/use windows which are not shown under Au3 info tool, Visible and hidden Text

Here i want to automate a software in that i have double click on the list given in attached image and i tried using AU3info but didnt get any text or control or window to handle the list shown in attachment.

Please help if someone already done with such software.

Your post says you didn't get anything from the info tool, yet the pics show differently.  

Use this script to maybe get more control ID's...

 

then look in the help files for all of the _GUICtrlListView functions.

This is kinda a dumb question but does hitting thenumber corresponding to the line highlight said line? Like pressing 2 on the keyboard select line 2?
