Set image with alpha on top of other windows?

I want to do that the picture was on top of other windows with transparency (PNG). For watermark. Is that possible?

Open Help File -> Go to "Search" Tab -> Search for: "transparent"

GUICreate("Title", width, height, left, top, style, $WS_EX_LAYERED, parent)
_WinAPI_SetLayeredWindowAttributes ( $hWnd, $iTransColor [, $iTransGUI = 255 [, $iFlags = 0x03 [, $bColorRef = False]]] )

WinSetTrans ( "title", "text", transparency )
