Script to manage windows?

what commands would i use to minimize a game's server selection window as soon as the game is started i cant find how to do it in help file. ie. the server selection window is named "8BitMMO - Server Select" with process image name "Javaw.exe", as soon as i choose a server it opens a new window named "8BitMMO" with process image name "java.exe"..... i want the server window to minimize when game is started and the game to maximize
