Autoit get the selection content

Hello guys! Today i'm gonna ask yoy how can i get a selection content using AutoIT? 

For example if i select some text in a GUIEdit or in another program edit area, how can i get the content of that selection. Is there any function to do that?

I need someone to provide some answers very urgent.

I suggest have a look in helpfile, specialy the functions in Clipboard.au3. Beginning with _ClipBoard_SetViewer is a good starting point.
