xml comparison

Hi all,

i need one help from you people . i have two xml files in my local disk . i want to compare them and produce the difference between them as a result .

@gunda welcome to the forum. There is an XML UDF in the Examples forum that you can begin with. Also, the more specific you can be regarding the problem you're running into the better we are able to assist. When you say "produce the difference between them", do you mean comparing creation dates? modification dates? missing nodes? different text in the same nodes? As you can see, there are a lot of ways the request can be interpreted; leaves us guessing at what you are trying to accomplish.

I would suggest looking at the UDF as a first start. Try modifying some of the examples on your own to fit your needs (we operate this forum on the "teach a man to fish" motto). If you get stuck, feel free to post what you have here, and we'll do our best to help :)
