To redirect exit

Greetings Friends, I am trying to redirect the exit from a program to a text file, of the following form:

RunWait(E:\script\LISTPRNT.EXE > E:\script\yo.dat)

The same instruction in a file bat works correctly:

E:\script\LISTPRNT.EXE > E:\script\yo.dat

I have proven it of several forms, but in ningun case overturns the data towards the text file... Some suggestion?
