MsgBox title missing in windows 10

Why when i use:

msgbox(16,"a","b")

i'm not able to see "a" text in title windows 10?

Works fine on my Win10/Pro OS.

yes, i now see that i have same problem in MsgBox with other applications.

PowerPro not show MsgBox title.

Browsers (IE, FF) instead show MsgBox title.

first try saving your current theme and load the default one to see whether that fixes it... then you can start asking yourself the questions.
