general question about udp stream

i must create  for my  lan a somthing like  RDP  explain scenario:

i  have  1  master pc with  programs ,  and  10 clone(the same hardware the same settings and software and resolution video) slave  in my lan ,  i  want  work in my  master pc  open a program click some  buttons etc..  and replicate in real  time  the  same in my  other 10 clone machine ,  how  is possible to do that  ??, or  exist  some program about it ??
