darquizard Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 New AutoIT user here. I'm creating a simple bot for game to chop wood. After chopping said wood for awhile your axe is expended and disappears from your inventory. I'm trying to attack this problem by checking pixel color of my character sheet to see if the axe is equipped, if it is, do nothing, if not then equip an axe from your inventory. Here is the general idea Func isAxeEquip() $axePixels = PixelSearch(873,194,875,196,0xA0A0A0) if $axePixels = False Send("{u}") sleep(200) Send("---the next axe in inventory---") The problem is the next axe in inventory will be a different key each iteration. So I can't define the character with "x" it has to be a character chosen from a list, and each time the function is called I need to use the next item in the list. In Python I could do this fairly by creating a list, creating a list-position variable, and incrementing the variable at the end of the function. How should I handle this in AutoIT?

Please read them now - particularly the bit about not discussing game automation - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked. See you soon with a legitimate question I hope.
