Program Membership and Payments Recieving

Hello I almost have done my program and what I want to do.

• Selling this program by payments in paypayl or whatever
• Program have login form and this would be check by connection with db - are they correct and days of membership

What should I use to do that or what learn. Are there any complete soultion scripts?
