I'm a total newbie to autoit and i've written some script.

I want to be able to toggle the script by holding down left click then pause the script when released left click.

More basically;

I want my script to be in a loop but I can start the loop when left click is down and pause it when its up.

If anyone knows what I mean pls help <3

p.s. its a randomized autoclicker.

Have you read the Forum rules and are you sure that this is legal?

It is not so much the wording, but rather the intention. The question in my mind is why do you intend to randomize this action? What is the objective? Explain that and you might get some help.

In a game im playing you I required to click a bunch and rather than using hotkeys to toggle on and off I'd like to be able to just hold left mouse to activate and release to stop..

@mixmixd Okay thanks for the explanation and for your honesty. My intention is not to trick you, but unfortunately that does count as game automation and we are not allowed to help you with that. My advice is that you spend less time playing games anyway, and devote more time to learning how to actually write a program of your own. It could be the best thing you ever did.

That function requires string input, but I strongly recommend that you drop this subject before you get me, yourself or anyone else in trouble.
