Conserving mobile data

So here's my first post, and my second AutoIt script. Let me know if this is in the wrong place. This script turns cloud syning programs off when I onnect to my mobile hotspot. Turns them back on when I am on a normal wifi connection. I wrote this after I accidentally left my computer on while traveling and woke up to find a warning from Verizon that I had used up my data plan while sleeping. I am assuming this was from some colleagues uploading a bunch of files to Box that synced to my HD. Comments and critiques are welcome.
