Welcome All THis is the code :

$Write = Filewrite( $Filter, ((stringleft($Tochk1 , 2) + stringright($Tochk1 , 2) / 60)) - ((stringleft($Fromchk1 , 2) + stringright($Fromchk1 , 2) /60  ))&@CRLF)

I dont want write valu to file i just want to add it to variable and I tried this many times but failed

This is my try:

$trymsg =stringleft($Tochk1 , 2) + stringright($Tochk1 , 2) / 60)) - ((stringleft($Fromchk1 , 2) + stringright($Fromchk1 , 2) /60  )))

adulrahmanok,

Try it like this...

$trymsg = (StringLeft($Tochk1, 2) + (StringRight($Tochk1, 2) / 60)) - (StringLeft($Fromchk1, 2) + (StringRight($Fromchk1, 2) / 60))
MsgBox(0, "", $trymsg)

Depending on what order of operations you want...
