odd question: Move the traymenu

Hi  

I made a application that is running from the traymenu, when you click it, you can select different options in the tray menu.

When pressing a hotkey, i like the menu from the tray to appear in the middle of the screen.

I don't think this is possible, but yet i'm gonna ask if anyone knows if it's possible or not  my guess is, you can only do this with a gui?.
