I want to make autorestart programm that must do this:

You put that programm in destination process[destination.exe] folder and when u start that autorestart programm it doing something like that:

{1}

First it check if destination.exe process is running if yes it wait until that process dissapear then restart it again. It must restart that process only one only one procces must be running.

If destination.exe is not running then it autorestart it.

Optional very important too me:

if it possible that programm can read some values from some one config file ?

There what i want to have if it possible:

so u start programm it checks for destination.exe in process if it is here he wait xxx minutes after that xxx minutes he do something like that:

1- he pop up destination.exe

2- he send Q - key to destination.exe [ like you will maxymalize destination.exe and press q key on keyboards ]

3 - after that programm back to loop so he wait until programm shut down and he restart it normally and then after xxx minutes he press Q again ...

that config file keeps only that xxx minutes value .. nothing more.

If someone can help me or give me some links to learn me will be great i really dont know where to even search here.
