alchemista
Hello, I'm using AutoIt for http://rewards.verizonwireless.com daily deals. The button to add to cart on the deal will say "all items in carts" and then it will dynamically change to "add to cart" when they refresh the offer (about every 5 or 10 minutes). I wrote a script using the MouseClick function to keep clicking in the button area, so that it would click the button as soon as it changes to add to cart. I'm using mouse X,Y position for the MouseClick function. The problem is that when the button changes to "add to cart" the website doesn't actually register my click. However, if I manually click my mouse on the button, then it does register. Why would a website not register the AutoIt MouseClick function, but it would register when I manually click the left mouse button? Should I be using a different function or what? Thank you in advance! Edited November 25, 2016 by alchemista
BrewManNH
Try it using the _IE* functions instead of the unreliable mouseclicks. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
