dieterhatn Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 Hi there, I'm developing a Windows8/10 like Volume GUI and I'd like to display the Icon of the process which volume is changing. I searched the forums and google for a solution, and I found this snippet by MrCreatoR: It's working flawless for 32bit processes, but when I try to retrieve an icon of a 64bit process, it displays nothing. Can anyone help me out here?
BrewManNH Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 Are you running your script as a 64 bit program? If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. Mugen Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 Try, this small change. It does not work unfortunately.
Mugen Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 No, I just replaced the 2 int's related to $ vStruct with ptr.It works here in all 4 option (running x86/x64 and target process x86 or x64) What error number do you get?
