INetRead, InetGet and twitter

Hello guys,

Is there a way to make my script read a whole Twitter account page? 

for example when i try to InetRead or InetGet, they only show the first page, while if i scroll down on my browser more tweets loads, but the script only gets the ones that first appear without scrolling down.

is there any way to make the script scroll down and  read the whole page and extract all the information in it ?
