error detection

Recommended Posts

Depends on the application and the error notification type. Is this a desktop application? If so, which? Is it a web app? If so, which? Do you get an error pop up? If so, how about a screen shot? What does the AutoIt Window Info Tool (in the same directory where you installed AutoIt) show you about the error pop up? Is the application simply hanging for a long time? How long should it take to complete the action? What action is expected to take place?

Please, help us help you by filling in some detail ;)

We don't support purposely crashing applications through AutoIt, as it would be against our forum rules. And you still haven't answered the question about what the application does when it crashes. Some screenshots would be helpful.
