Any way to Add functionality to add email accounts in a batch type fashion ? I have users that have over 100 Pop3 email accounts and to add them manually is a real pain. Subz Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 The easiest method is to copy the %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook folders and then depending on which version of Office the user has, export/import the following registry keys: Office 2010 and older: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook Office 2013 or newer: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\xx.0\Outlook\ProfilesWhere xx = version of Office i.e. 15, 16 etc...
