JesseES
Hello, I am very new to AutoIT, sorry in advance for any confusion. I want to know how I would go about making a script to auto login to an application that is already open when a user logs into Windows (7). I also want to hide/ encrypt the user name and passwords inside the script so they cannot be viewed if the script were to be edited. Thanks,
Moderators Melba23 Posted March 30, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 30, 2017 JesseES, Welcome to the AutoIt forums. Quote I also want to hide/ encrypt the user name and passwords inside the script so they cannot be viewed if the script were to be edited. That is not possible - either the "plaintext" or "encrypted plus encryption routine and key" versions of those strings will be easily obtainable by anyone with a modicum of knowledge. And nothing personal, but I am going to lock this thread as this subject has been discussed so, so many times in the past and that poor old Oozlum bird is trying very hard to get out of its cage once again. Please stick around and ask other questions - you have done nothing wrong.
