If I have an icon, as the one attached to this post, is there a way for autoit to compare this image with what is on screen and recognize its position on said screen?

Thanks

is there any reason to try to hook into the control and not look for an image?

I am trying to look for the image on screen.

The application is a chrome plugin which allows the user to download youtube videos directly from the youtube play page.

Thanks

kevinfar,

Bert is quite right - we do not permit discussion of AutoIt interaction with YouTube downloads. Thread closed.
