Hide third party application icon

Assalam-O-Alaikum(Hi)

i have 2 problems

First is:

I want to hide a third party application's icon from the icon tray.

for example

i have utorrent's icon in tray i want that application will working properly but icon of that application will not show in tray.

i don't found any function or example like that 

 Second is :

i want make an application which runs automatically when windows stars

 

help me out please
