Random pixel at ccordinate

i need some1 create me simple code for random pixel at certain coordinate than mouse click at same pixel in diferent coordinate.its for game likes find match picture

excample :

Question : there is pixel at coordinate 100,200(midle coordinate on that pixel pict)

answer : need to find same pixel at 10 picture ( and i have the midle coordinate each picture)

my solution for now : i create to many varibale picture to answer each question and that toooo long code and lame/long time to autoit find rigth answer(but it work)

Moved to the appropriate forum.
I cant think of any program one want to do this type of complex detection en clicking.
