I need PCRE dll for my project, but it seems latest  versions is not provided on their PCRE site. Is there a simple way (preferably very simple :)) to compile my own x64 regexp dll so I can use it as in AutoIt script (StringRegExp() and StringRegExpReplace() functions ) What (freeware IDE/Compiler ) I need to get for it?

I'd recommend switching to PCRE2 as PCRE is now in maintenance mode. PCRE2 is greatly improved in countless points and features.

Neither of PCRE2 or PCRE are provided in binary. You need to compile it by yourself. Compiler is your preference.

EDIT: forgot to mention that PCRE* don't offer a built-in "replace" primitive. Even AutoIt StringRegExp() is a number of API invokations. PCRE2 docs tells you eveything about this API.

EDIT2: just in case it could be of any use, there is a legacy PCRE regexp support add-on which allows things like:

select this, that from mytable where regexp(this, <pattern>)

This wonderful site allows debugging and testing regular expressions (many flavors available). An absolute must have in your bookmarks.
Another excellent RegExp tutorial. Don't forget downloading your copy of up-to-date pcretest.exe and pcregrep.exe here
RegExp tutorial: enough to get started
PCRE v8.33 regexp documentation latest available release and currently implemented in AutoIt beta.

SQLitespeed is another feature-rich premier SQLite manager (includes import/export). Well worth a try.
SQLite Expert (freeware Personal Edition or payware Pro version) is a very useful SQLite database manager.
An excellent eBook covering almost every aspect of SQLite3: a must-read for anyone doing serious work.
SQL tutorial (covers "generic" SQL, but most of it applies to SQLite as well)
A work-in-progress SQLite3 tutorial. Don't miss other LxyzTHW pages!
SQLite official website with full documentation (may be newer than the SQLite library that comes standard with AutoIt)

I hope so since it has plenty of advantages (JIT engine, for instance).
