how can find control name?

i search and try to do it from languages vb6,C#.net,NSIS

but all efforts failed... i search for NET_DumpAllControlNames but not found a function

i want a function OR system::Call OR a API name for do it...

i found child control handle with FindWindow  AND FindWindowEx but don't know how can find control name!!!
