rioujn
Hello, I am trying to navigate an IE webpage using mouse scroll, however, I want to specify vertical scroll distance by number of pixels moved, not number of mouse scrolls (as per the current AutoIt function). This way I will be able to better grasp page overlap, ratio of page scrolled through etc. I am new to the language but I cannot believe that this has not proven useful for someone in the past. Can it be done? If possible I would like to pass 'pixel distance scrolled' into the script/.exe from the command line argument. Thanks in advance, Joseph
Bert
website please. I'd like to see what you are dealing with. There is most likely a better way to do what you have in mind. rioujn
Hi there Bert. I would like to be able to scroll down a variety of websites. 'URL' and 'scroll distance by pixel' will be inputs. I will then take a screenshot of that specified section of the page using ScreenCapture. Ideally, I would be able to recognise enough overlap between screenshots in order to stitch together the screenshots manually - perhaps there is a means of capturing the length of the website without scrolling? I want to see all of it at once you see! Take Google as an exemplar if you so wish. Thanks for your help in any case. Regards, Joseph.
