I am new to discord and i have learnt all of the basics i have made a few bots and now i want to get better, i want to learn how to make a bot that responds to messages on discord. Can i please have some help?

I feel like there isn't really a need to reinvent the wheel here, since many Discord bots already exist that do everything you would want.
