need help automating msbackup under win98

Well we all know that the included backup utility with windows 98 (msbackup) cannot be run automatically.

I believe it can with AutoIt.

Unfortunately I don't have a 98 pc to play and test it with.

Any pointers or experience or "this won't work" tips are appreciated.

The plan is to manually create a job using the backup utility.

It will create a file to the harddrive.

autoit.exe will run using the ms task scheduler at night.

Then a simple batch job under task sheduler will copy the backup file to a cd burner for offsite storage.

Btw: it should be possiple to use msbackup.exe (DOS) on W98. It provides command line switches.
