Use the 'Class'. You can find it in the AutoInfo tool.

>>>>>>>>>>>> Window Details <<<<<<<<<<<<<

Title: Special Character Matching in WinTitle - AutoIt Forums - Mozilla Firefox

Class: MozillaUIWindowClass

Example:

Opt("WinTitleMatchMode", 4);<< make sure it's set to 4
$WinTitle = WinGetTitle("classname=MozillaUIWindowClass")
MsgBox(0, "Check Title", "The Title Of FireFox is: " & $WinTitle)

not sure why a partial match won't work, but you do have other options also...check out the WinTitleMatchMode in the helpfile.
