dolphins
Hello, lately I am getting more false positives from AntiVirus software, esspecially Windows Defender in the last week. My programs are compiled like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoIt3\Aut2Exe\aut2exe" /in %1.au3 /out %1.exe /icon %2.ico /comp 4 I use InnoSetup to create a setup.exe that does the installation. If I scan the setup.exe on virustotal.com I am getting 16 of 60 scanners that detect my program. A few customer for example had false detections with Symantec a while ago. I did a submit to their whitelist and now it works fine. I don't know how to do this for Windows Defender for example. And if I would have to submit my software (with every update) to 60 AntiVirus companies that would be quiet some work I believe. Which options do I have to avoid this false positives in advance? Is my compile not good? What else can I do? Let me know if you need more informations to help. Thanks a lox for any help in advance!
