Reading of list to a array in autoit

How can I read values of the list to a array in autoit

For e.g: In the attached image I have selected the list of buttons  i.e. Quick Test, Extended Test etc. and in the info section the whole block is selected as one list.

I want to click on extended test element but since the whole block is in list I am unable to select the individual element.

Let me know how can this be achieved.

You could move the mouse to the required option, relative the the client window
