using

_guiscrollbars_init($menu)

_guiscrollbars_showscrollbar($menu,$sb_vert)

the menu comes up with the  scroll bar the entire length of the window and

the buttons on the window now have more space between

if i omitt the _guiscrollbars_init the window comes up with a proper scroll bar, i.e.

the way it should look, but when i pull the scroll bar down ,it jumps back to the top and

joantaylor,

Welcome to the AutoIt forums.

I suggest you take a look at my Scrollbars UDF (the link is in my sig) - it makes the whole scrollbar thing pretty painless.

If you still have problems then please post your code - see here how to do it.
