How to navigate with IE

Hello,

can anybody help me. I've searched the forum but i didn't found any solution for my problem. I'd like to create a script which opens the IE and then turn to a other website. But I don't want to start IE with the page I want to navigate to, I prefer to know how I can navigate from one site to another one!
