How to stop running AutoIT after pressing F5?

I would like to know on how to stop running AutoIT after pressing F5.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ctrl + Break/Pause 

Or you could program in a Hotkeyset

HotKeySet("{ESC}","Quit")

Func Quit()
    Exit
EndFunc

 

Or you could go to Tools->Stop Executing in the SciTe editor

For running compiled script, when I run the execution file, after cmd window is closed, but there are some delayed tasks on waiting list, and I would like to know on how to stop under this situation?

Do you have any suggestions?

What is the problem with the already provided solution?
Show the script and describe the still existing problem in detail to get a proper answer to questions.
