AutoIT with online poker

Hello all... first time poster.

I searched the forums and read through the various threads pertaining to poker bots / poker automation, but I couldn't find an answer to my question.

Can autoIT be used to determine the state of the game in an online poker client, including hole cards? Most of the other threads refer to a "brain program" that provides this data. Has anybody attempted to use autoIT for this purpose?

I can provide more info if anybody is familiar with the topic.

"Brain Program" is probably referred to as programs like Online Hold'em Inspector,

or No Hands Hold'em that suggest certain actions to take. And yes, people have written

bots to work with these "Brain Programs."
