Please help me decode the base image of captcha

Before I ask this question I have tried several UDFs available but failed. I want to decode from base64 on image. I am trying to write a program that can download captcha from a website. But when trying to decode the results are not as expected. Give me a solution. thanks and sorry for my bad english.

Why are you wanting to bypass a captcha?

Unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in.
