Automate Webpage click without opening page

I know this is a long shot.  But, we have some enterprise cameras that have to be rebooted occasionally.  Obviously, I could automate the clicks inside if the webpage and do what I need to do.  Is there any possible way to call or execute a file on the webserver directly that could initiate the command of the button?
