keypress waiting/while something happens

im new to autoit stuff, im trying to create simple bot, everything is set,  but it tends to get stuck in corner, so cant wrap my head around how to implement action, that pressed D(and wait for 10 sec) if there hasnt been a battle in 2 minutes and stop if its in battle (you can tell the character been in battle with pixelsearch location option)
