Checking Menu Options

Anyone aware of a command similiar to

ControlCommand ( "Title", "Text", "classnameNN", "IsChecked", "" )

That will check which menu options are activated? A poor example would be IE's View - > Status Bar. When it's activated there's a little check-mark next to it.
