What do I need for a autoit mp4 player which plays .mp4 from a url

Hello,

I want create a player, which allows to play mp4 files as web url (no download) - the mp4 is direct linked under the url.
Before I start the player, I can add urls. For the next vieo I have a next button.
Also I want pause the video... etc.. like a normal player.

Why I don't use a regular player? I want have a borderless player, where minimize and the close button are hidden (after pressed a hotkey) also I can put the window in the foreground of all windows.

 

So what do I need for this? Or its not possible?

So why not simple start VNC with these parameters:? 

vlc --fullscreen --no-qt-fs-controller  "your-mp4-location"

"Media Player Classic - Home Cinema"  can do what you want, just open any video and press 1, 2 or 3 for different views (don't remember which one was it) and ESC for default.
