HELP [Send & Receive packet] - (Locked)

Hello everyone,

I was searching about an auto-pick [flag] program for silkroad game, a friend told me that anyone can send and receive a packet can make one, by receiving packet that flag dropped  & take its id and send a pick packet.

I dunno anything about send and receive packets, I wonder if anyone can help me with that, I'l be very thankful.
