Script does not wait for file to open in Scribus - (Moved)

Hello, I am trying to create a script to control Scribus 1.5.4. When it gets to loading the file into Scribus, the script continues when I have a WinWaitActive to make it wait until the file is loaded in the OpenFile1() function. Why is it not waiting, is my question? I have attached my script to this so you can see what is going on. Anyone willing to help would be greatly appreciated.
