Take screenshot or retrieve web page title

Hi

I was faced with a task and received a list of IP addresses the have http or https service running and need to figure out what these devices are (printer, camera, web server, etc...)  I was wondering if there was a way to read the list of IPs and take a screenshot of the landing page or maybe copy the landing page source code or try to get the page title and try to figure out what the service is running.

Any thoughts?
