FileOpenDialog()- is there a way to center this dialog on the screen?

When I open FileOpenDialog(), the browser is off to the left corner.

How can I center this?

Thanks. While this is a good function to have in my utilities file, I just remembered- I can't call any function, while FileOpenDialogue is running- because it's waiting for input.
