Transfer in background files while day

Hello, im looking for someone who would help make simply exe which will automaticly transfer in the background all files from folder to other one (but on other disk)= from ;C to server folder . It would transfer if folder size higher than > x or just if appear instanly transfer .

Would be perfect . Good day guys
